Focusing on victim empowerment and resilience is essential to both victim and bully. For years, the modern world has been trying to reduce bullying through a legal/law enforcement approach. As a certified Bullies2Buddies Practitioner, Mark explores real-life incidents and gives children easy and practical tips to reduce the aggression forced upon them.

High Intensity Drama Experience (H.I.D.E.)
H.I.D.E. is a powerful dramatization that addresses incarceration, bullying, gangs, drugs, choices, education and other issues affecting youth, adults and our community. The H.I.D.E. presentations are highly effective and paint a visual picture so the impact of what is being said transcends to a deeper emotional level. The presentations create a lasting impression rather than one “feel good” moment. Included is a mini workshop which involves role playing as a tool to empower the victim(s) of bullying.
Youth Motivational Speaker
As a Youth Motivational Speaker, Mark inspires elementary, middle and high school students to value themselves and become better people. He speaks against youth violence and dropping out of school. He encourages education and connects with people at a level they can understand so they respond to what is being heard.

Prevention and Intervention Model
Prevention is the school presentation to educate youth about bad choices which can lead to incarceration. The Intervention model addresses the negative thinking patterns of incarcerated juveniles and provides cognitive tools to address the issue directly.

Mark has worked over 25 years with incarcerated men, women, and youth in both state and federal institutions.
Whether working with inmates who have a life sentence or returning citizens releasing within 6-months, Mark has a way of inspiring and connecting with his audience that motivates them toward change.
